Food Museum, a permanent exhibition on the theme "cook, buy, eat and
digest."
It addresses topics as diverse as food processing by cooking, food
safety, retail, manufacturing and industrial scale or metabolism in
digestion. The food professionals are regularly required to talk to the public.
The Food also traces the history of Nestlé, founded in 1867 by Henri Nestlé, a pharmacist who developed milk powder for babies.
